Two friends with a passion for coffee in a place littered with national chains and handful of local coffee shops, seek to find something better than what is available. For us, it all started with 8 lbs of beans from across the globe and a whirly pop. We learned the craft from the ground up and it shows in our coffee. Our unique offerings sourced from the top of the top 1% of coffees available in the world, will change your opinion of what good coffee is and leave you yearning for your next cup.
SOURCING
Our buying philosophy is simple. We believe in quality coffee and have made a commitment to our customers to offer only the best Specialty Coffees that will speak for themselves in the cup. To achieve such a high level of quality, we work closely with actual producers, not just exporters and importers, so that we can build great relationships and great coffees from the start.Our coffees are directly traceable to the farm and mills where they were produced.
In the broadest terms, these coffees should be a representation of a true collaboration, with both parties investing a great deal of time, energy, and ideas to produce something remarkable. Farmers who grow an award-winning cup are artisans and should be regarded as such. This is why we name those coffees in their honor. We believe that the farmers effort is the most crucial factor in quality coffee and those who do the best work should get the best price and individual recognition.

Our roasts are designed to celebrate every coffee’s unique nuances: microclimate characteristics, varietal cup qualities, and distinct planting, harvesting and processing practices.
